Auto-install error fix	On occasions when the auto update feature is used and the system goes to install a new version of the Electern software a fault occurs. This is due to an incompatibility with versions of Microsoft Office formats especially between 2003 and 2007. The problem can be overcome by installing this fix.
	Streaming media requires a fast download connection. The majority of DSL connections are perfectly capable of streaming media but should the speed of the connection drop below 150kb/s download the media may fail. By clicking the link to the left you can measure your actual upload and download speeds.
Proxy settings	Attempting to access broadcasts from within a Corporate Network may result in a failure to connect because access to the web is governed by a Proxy Server. You would require to enter Proxy Server settings in your Web Browser and Windows Media Player. The link to the left describes how to do this.
