The majority of our conference business has been the webcasting of presentations to a wide, online audience. This has now been added to as we respond to customer demands for streaming presentations from key subject experts based abroad, straight to your conference venue as well as to your wider online audiences. Instead of carrying the expense of bringing these presenters from their home base to the conference, we can do through tried and tested technology at a fraction of the cost.

Training & CPD

We all know that ‘time is money’, but by reducing travel and associated costs, training sessions can be delivered simply and efficiently, often without the learner leaving his or her home or office.

Recently, a well known NHS Education organisation had the problem of delivering a short CPD session to groups based on the Orkney and Shetland Islands. As the cost associated with travel and time away from base became prohibitive, the normal face to face method of delivery was out of the question. By using our desktop webcasting solution, the presenter was able to deliver the training from the comfort of her home and thereby avoiding unnecessary costs and personal inconvenience.

Virtual Meeting Rooms & Classrooms

The Bottom Line

For example, if you have a series of webcasts that you need to deliver, these can be produced from as little as £195.00 per session. A full day’s conference can be delivered from only £595.00, which is based on you providing the video and audio source and opting to manage the streaming, all of which is relatively straightforward.
